The Advocate has learned Arionne Harris has been extradited back to Kentucky.

He is currently listed as an inmate in the Montgomery County Regional Jail. He was booked Saturday, Oct. 10.

Harris, 26, of Richmond Ind., had been an inmate in the Wyandotte Detention Center in Kansas.

He is a suspect in the death case of Felicia Joseph, 36, of Lexington. Joseph died Sept. 29, according to Sheriff David Charles said. He was apprehended jointly by the U.S. Marshal's Service and the sheriff's office investigators.

Charles said investigators were able to identify and locate Harris using forensic and digital systems available.

Harris was driving a tractor trailer and allegedly struck Joseph. The incident began in the Pilot parking lot and continued on the roadway to the 113 on-ramp, Charles previously said.

Joseph was pronounced deceased at the scene by coroner Jimmy Adams at 9:21 p.m.

A celebration of life/memorial was held for Joseph Sunday, Oct. 4, Felicia's birthday.
