Montgomery County Schools students will remain out of the classroom Wednesday, Jan. 28, due to weather.
It will be an NTI day (Non-Traditional Instruction) Day where students will learn from home.
In his message to parents and families, Superintendent Matt Thompson said he was calling to offer his “daily motivational speech” and noted he promised to get children back to school on a future day, but it wouldn’t be tomorrow.
Thompson said ice was like concrete in parking lots, sidewalks and side roads.
For entertainment purposes, a top 6 list of not actual meanings for NTI was developed, Thompson said,
6. Now Test your Internet
5. No Tardy Issues
4. No Teachers Inside
3. Nap Time Initiated
2. No Temperatures Increasing
1. No Traction on Ice.
