We have full coverage in this week's Advocate of a march and historical marker unveiling held Saturday.
The event was to honor James "Jim" Mitchell, a 23-year-old black man who was lynched by a mob in Mt. Sterling in 1882.
A large crowd was on hand at the unveiling at Evergreen Church. A reception and presentation followed at the church.
