High Five Traffic Safety Project
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, in partnership with the Kentucky State Police, was proud to attend the Montgomery County High School Class of 2026 Graduation Ceremony and distribute information as part of the Highway Safety Rural Traffic Safety Project.
Did you know? Proper and consistent seatbelt use is the single most effective way to reduce deaths and serious injuries in motor vehicle crashes. Eighty-two percent of vehicle occupants ejected during a crash are killed.
As graduates celebrate this important milestone and begin their next chapter, we encourage everyone to make safety a priority every time they get behind the wheel or ride in a vehicle.
Congratulations to the Montgomery County High School Class of 2026! We wish you success in all your future endeavors. Remember: Buckle Up. Every Trip. Every Time.
