Sheriff: Construction work begins Monday on 64 near 107 milemarker

Traffic will be impacted on I64 westbound beginning on Monday 02/23/24. This will begin at the bridge over Hwy 713 (Grassy Lick) at the 107 mm. Plan your morning and evening commutes accordingly. Drive carefully through these construction zones and obey the speed limit.

This is the beginning of a large project that will be ongoing for months as crews work to improve the roads and bridges.

Reduce speed, increase following distances, avoid distractions and as always, wear your seatbelt!
