Patty Louise Foley, 77, of Mt. Sterling, died Friday, Oct. 30, 2026, at her residence.
Born June 10, 1949, in Mt. Sterling, she was the daughter of the late Floyd and Elsie Mae Pitts Ballard. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Owingsville. She retired from Catalent Pharma Solutions.
Survivors include her husband, Glenn Russell Foley; son, Bill Foley (Candra) of Winchester; daughter, Chris Whitlock (Robert) of Jeffersonville; brothers, Floyd Ballard Jr. and Gary Ballard (Gail), both of Mt. Sterling and Bobby Ballard of Naples, Fla.; grandchildren, Tyler Foley (Sierra), Brett Foley, Arianna Foley, Erika Maynard (Cameron), Alyssa Spencer (Chase) and Jordan Whitlock; great-grandchildren, Wyatt Oakley, Raelynn Oakley, River Barnett and Tatum Foley.
Service was conducted Wednesday, Nov. 4, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Owingsville with Bishop Thomas officiating. Burial was in Machpelah Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Floyd Ballard Jr., Bobby Ballard, Brian Ballard, Rob Whitlock, Tyler Foley and Brett Foley.
Taul Funeral Homes was in charge arrangements.
