The National Weather Service, Jackson, is currently on site in Montgomery County surveying storm damage.
As of the time of this post, one area in Montgomery County had been surveyed. Montgomery County Emergency Management Director Greg Beam said the NWS can officially say there were numerous funnel clouds here, but can't confirm tornadoes as there has been do damage found as of yet that shows twisting.
The surveying/investigation is continuing, Beam said, as officials check other areas in the county.
