Nancy Estes Moore, 59, of Camargo, died Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington.
Born Sept. 1, 1966, in Mt. Sterling, she was the daughter of the late C.G. Jr. and Frances Tipton Estes. She worked at Toyota for 20 years and had a deep love of learning, with interests that included flowers, especially lilies; Native American history; ancestry; bull riding; and UK basketball. Above all, her grandson, Kingston Back, was the joy of her life. She was a faithful member of the Camargo Church of Christ.
Survivors include her loving husband, Wade Moore; daughter, Erica Back; son, Cooper Moore of Cincinnati, Ohio; and grandson, Kingston Back of Mt. Sterling.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Connie Estes.
Service was conducted Monday, July 13, at Herald and Stewart Home for Funerals with Brother Jerry Carmichael officiating. Burial was in Machpelah Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Jim Sons, Phillip Tipton, Jamie Compton, Kevin Tipton, Denny Hawkins and Paul Collins.
Honorary pallbearers were Mike Issac, Kendra Tipton, Tim Hatton, Scott Holbrook and Doug Moore.
