MSPD officers recognized

From the city of Mt. Sterling:

Recognizing excellence! Two officers of the Mt Sterling Police Department were recognized and presented "Certificates of Appreciation" at the City Council meeting this evening. Lieutenant Mike Price was recognized for his twenty years of continuous and faithful service to our city, and Sergeant Johnny Holbert was recognized for his ten years of honorable service. Our department, and our community, is a better place today because of these two fine officers. Thanks, gentlemen, for your service and keep up the great work!
