Linda Lou Norris, 83, died Sunday, Sept. 6, 2026, in Indianapolis, Indiana.
She was the daughter of the late Edward and Ina Catherine Johnson. She was a graduate of Mt. Sterling High School and was the valedictorian of her class. She graduated from Kentucky Baptist Hospital School of Nursing and was student government president. She was an RN for Methodist Hospital-Indianapolis Indiana. She loved to do mission trips to Mexico.
Survivors include her former husband, John Norris; son, Scott Waddell; nieces, Amy Tuttle, Betty Catherine Cox, Sally Baker and Alisa Johnson; and nephews, Terry Johnson and Chris Johnson.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings, John Johnson, Dorothy Greenwade, Mary Bishop and James Johnson.
No services are planned.
Conkle Funeral Home-Speedway Indiana is handling services.
