Linda Jo Martin, 78, of Mt. Sterling, died Thursday, Nov. 20, 2025 at Windsor Care Center.
Born May 10, 1947, in Mt. Sterling, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Joyce Nesbitt Curry. She attended Spruce First Church of God, loved deer hunting, fishing and spending time with family.
Survivors include her husband, Ernest “Woody” Martin; sons, Bryan Martin (Debra) and Michael Martin (Christie), both of Mt. Sterling; brother, Bobby Curry (Kathy) of Owingsville; sisters, Patty Boston (Joe), Sandy Compton and Christy Green (Wayne), all of Mt. Sterling, Donna Arrowwood (Troy) of Georgetown and Sharon Curry of Clay City; and grandchildren, Justin Martin, Logan Martin and Colton Martin.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Ricky Curry; and sister, Peggy Curry.
Service was conducted Tuesday, Nov. 25 at Machpelah Cemetery with Wendell Clevinger officiating.
Pallbearers were Logan Martin, Justin Martin, Bryan Martin, Michael Martin, Harold Rogers and Joe Boston.
