A committee has worked so hard for months planning this, lining up entertainment, getting food vendor commitments, donations ..., all so our community can enjoy this BIG celebration! And it's free!!!!!! We applaud all those involved for their very hard work!
You can bring a picnic or cooler to the Gateway 250 event tomm!
• No alcohol
• No glass bottles
• Blankets are welcome if you want to sit on the field!
• Bleacher seating available!
• Chairs allowed outside football field area

Gates open at 4:30pm! Kids Zone opens and food trucks!
4:45pm- 75 Split
5pm- The Young At Heart Big Band
5:30pm- 75 Split
5:45pm- The Dead Air Dennis and Bryan Himes Experience
6:30pm- Nero's Fiddle
7pm- Billie Renee and Cumberland Gap
7:45pm- 202nd Army Band of KY National Guard
8:30pm- Patriotic Ceremony- All Veterans are encouraged to help bring the big flag on the field. Swearing in of future soldiers, music, video presentations and featured speaker- Purple Heart recipient Joey Bates.
Ending with the BIG Fireworks Show!

One very fun item you don’t want to miss at the Gateway 250 celebration….the Scrapbaggers Quilting Guild of Montgomery County (over 30 years strong) will have a display of about 50 handmade patriotic quilts in the Arena lobby….take a break from the heat and feast your eyes on some of the finest local artistry you’ll find…
The arts center will have an American flag watercolor painting activity, a fun and commemorative photo booth complete with patriotic props, and a Gateway 250 Scavenger Hunt you can return to us for your very own parchment copy of the US Constitution. Stop by, get creative, snap a few pictures, and celebrate!
