K9 officers and former shelter dog complete training

From the animal shelter:

Remember Kira? She left the Montgomery County Animal Shelter for the MSPD, now she has completed her K9 training and you will see her working g in Mt. Sterling! Way to go Kira!
Thank you MSPD, Chief Aaron Noel, and Mayor Al Botts for helping make this happen!

From Mt. Sterling Police Dept

Congrats to K9 Officers Tristan Powell (with K9 Butan) and Billy Rudd (with K9 Kira) on completing their 6-week K9 certification course! This intensive training covered narcotics detection, apprehensions, article tracking, and general tracking, and was hosted by Von Der Hause Gill in Wapakoneta, OH. A big thanks to them and their families for holding things down while they were away. We’re excited to welcome them back with their newly trained partners!
