Former gas station building coming down, here's what we know:

A former gas station building near I-64 at 711 Maysville Road was in the process of being torn down Aug. 5. 

The property is currently owned by Hardy Family LLC in care of Michael Hardy, according to the Montgomery County Property Valuation Administrator's Office.

Ray Robertson, chair of the Mt. Sterling Planning and Zoning Commission, said a developer has presented a conceptual plan but a more detailed development plan has not been presented to date.

Additional details could not be released at this time, Robertson said.
