Fire dept works structure fire

The Montgomery County Fire Dept has confirmed it worked a structure fire on Chase Lane today.

The call came in at 6:17 a.m.

There is already an outpouring of support in the community for the family, who reportedly has lost everything. Multiple collections are under way to help the family with clothing and other needs.

We will have additional details in next week's Advocate.

You can find details as well on our social media page as we share some collection efforts as we become aware of them.
