Community members gather for MLK March

The annual MLK March for Justice was held Sunday. It began at the Montgomery County Courthouse and proceeded to Evergreen Missionary Baptist Church.

A program was then held with guest speaker Rev. Joe Morrison. Morrison is a resident of Mt. Sterling and pastor of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Flemingsburg.

We will have more coverage of this event and the annual Mt. Sterling-Montgomery Conty Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. luncheon today in this week's Advocate!
