City proclaims April 19 CDH Awareness Day

From the city of Mt. Sterling:
April 19th is officially proclaimed to be "Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH) Awareness Day" in our city. Local city residents Zachary Byrd and Delaney Barber visited City Hall this week for the official announcement and proclamation, and to tell the story of their beloved daughter, Navy Jolene Byrd, who passed due to this medical condition last year. We urge all citizens to support efforts to cure and treat this condition, as well as support the families who have been impacted by CDH.
