Charles Kenneth “Kenny” Zimmerman, 59, of Mt. Sterling, died Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2026, at home surrounded by his loving family.
Born Aug. 15, 1966, in Richmond, Indiana, he was the son of the late Waldo and Pauline Horn Zimmerman. He consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic throughout his life, contributing many years of dedicated service to both C&M Pressure Washing and the Mt. Sterling Advocate. He was a loyal NASCAR fan, especially of Rusty Wallace’s #2 car, and also strongly supported the Dallas Cowboys in the NFL.
Survivors include a sister, Evyonne Conkright of Bowling Green; brother, Ralph Dean Horn of Irvine; five nieces, Alexis Horn, Bridgette Thomas, Tiffany Martin, Ashley Horn and Mindy Bowen; and nephew, Brandon Horn.
Celebration of life will be held 12 noon-3 p.m., Saturday, March 14, at the Montgomery County Community Center, 108 E. Locust St.
Services entrusted to the care of Herald and Stewart Home for Funerals.
