Scartlett Cameriz, a Northview Elementary School student, had her patient checked out by Montgomery County High School student Jaiden Oney during a Teddy Bear Clinic Feb. 28 at the school. The clinic was meant to allow students to see what medical professionals do and ease their anxiety about seeing seeing a nurse or doctor.

The Montgomery County Mock Trial Blue Team, above, and the Red Team took the top spots in a 14-team regional tournament held last weekend in Louisville. Both teams now move on the state tournament in Lexington. The Blue Team was named regional champion.
