Storm cleanup continues this week; power loss substantial

A tree fell into a house at 114 Apperson Heights during the Sept. 27 storm event. There will be a benefit motorcycle ride for Jason and Tenesa Martin Oct. 6 to help the family. Someone has also organized a GoFundMe. The couple’s home, the GoFundMe page says, suffered damage, flooding as well as reportedly totaled Tenesa’s car.
