Vincent “Scotty” White, 74

Vincent “Scotty” White, 74, of Mt. Sterling, died Sunday, Jan. 19, 2025, at Clark Regional Medical Center.
Born Aug. 31, 1950, in Mt. Sterling, he was the son of the late Dr. R. S. and Virginia Snowden White.  He attended Freedom Church, and retired from Bob’s Food Service and Mike’s Liquors.  He was a member of Mt. Sterling Golf and Country Club for over 30 years.   He loved spending time with family, UK football and basketball, and watching his grandkids play football was one of his favorite things.  
Survivors include sons, Nathaniel Scott White of Mt. Sterling and Gabriel Wayne White; daughters, Kristy Ison (Jason) of Mt. Sterling and Misty Malone (Banford) of Mt. Sterling; grandchildren, Benjamin Moore, Callee White, Kristopher Moore, Skyler Mann, Talon White and Alexis White; and great-grandchildren, Tevis Moore, Hampton Levy, Hudson Mann and Tatum Mann.
Service was conducted Thursday, Jan. 23, at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. V.P. Palmer officiating.  Burial was in Machpelah Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Benjamin Moore, Kristopher Moore, Talon White, Banford Malone, Jason Ison and Zachary Mann.
Honorary pallbearers were Bobby K. Whitaker, Jake Hartgrove, Phil Osborne, Labon Richardson, Mike Colliver, Doyle King, Ronnie Terry, Larry Rice and Bill Whitaker.
