Scarlett Ann Martin, 43

Scarlett Ann Martin, 43, of Mt. Sterling died Monday, Nov. 18, 2024, at her residence.

Born Dec. 19, 1980, in Mt. Sterling, she was the daughter of Imogene Munday Martin and the late Alfred Martin.  She attended Camargo Church of Christ and retired from the Montgomery County Board of Education as a janitor.  She loved to travel, and her dog Winston, who went everywhere with her.

In addition to her mother survivors include special aunt, Bernadine Compton (Tim) of Mt. Sterling; several cousins, nieces and nephews; and her buddy, Winston.

In addition to her father she was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Dorothy and Eugene Munday; and paternal grandparents, Andy and Margaret Martin.

Service was conducted Thursday, Nov. 21, at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Terry Ginter officiating.  Burial was in Martin Family Cemetery in Jeffersonville.

Pallbearers were Anthony Compton, Daniel Munday, Matthew Munday, Logan Munday, Taylor Munday, Jacob Munday and Brandon Lee.
